Jay-Z & Jordan

Hello all I'm back to post right quick before getting some well deserved rest. I happened to be at the bookstore doing some browsing and happen to come across the new XXL magazine with Jigga on the cover dressed in all black and larger than the city on New York City. This issue should've been a tribute to him because almost half or more than half of the issue is about him the first like 10 pages are all RocaWear ads and what not. Then you have some old photos of him and advertisements and then comes the lengthy article written about him. But you know I had to cop it. Honestly I must confess I was never a Jay-z fan like that until maybe about 3 years ago. Yeah I know ya'll must think I'm crazy but hey what can I say I just didn't dig the brother until I heard some stuff I must say Reasonable Doubt was a good album but anyhow so yeah I copped the new issue and read some of the article and what not. And yes I will continue to read it because it seems very interesting from the little bit I read. So if you have a chance go cop that issue and in other news Slam Magazine also just released a collector's edition issue on Michael Jordan I also picked that up as well I must say there are some great photos in there so stop reading this post and go cop it.

IM BACKKKKK!

Hello all I apologize for being MIA for a while been very busy teaching and educating the youth and handling some business but I will try my best to post more often. As for me I been regrouping and keeping track of what's going on in the world of art. I am seriously thinking about picking up photography once again. I been looking at other peoples work and what not and I do have to admit I do miss it and might be looking into purchasing a new camera and start shooting again. I would like to catch the Richard Avedon exhibit at the Metropolitan Museum before it goes. I believe it is a traveling exhibit next stop California?

In other news I am also looking forward to attending Art Basel Miami 09' that is one event I do not want to miss out on. Artist from all over the world come to this one spot in Miami and display their works of art and also leave there mark behind on the walls and what not.

So yes if anyone is going to Art Basel Miami let me know and we will link up out there.
